How consultation requests work here

The four steps

This is how every consultation request works on Myndpay Med Spa Match.

1. You send a request with your name, email, phone, the service and a short message.
2. We pass your request to a provider in or near Indianapolis.
3. The provider contacts you to set up a consultation at a time that suits you both.
4. At the consultation, a licensed provider decides what is suitable for you, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Nothing is booked yet

Sending a request through Myndpay Med Spa Match does not book a treatment, an appointment or anything else. It only lets a provider near Indianapolis know you would like to talk.

The provider contacts you and offers a consultation. If you go, a licensed provider looks at your situation and tells you what is suitable. You then decide whether to go ahead, wait, or look elsewhere. Every step is your choice.

A note on what to write

Your message goes to the provider along with your name, email and phone. Keep it simple. Something like "I would like to ask about laser hair removal on my legs" is plenty.

Leave detailed health information for the consultation itself, where you can talk it through with a licensed provider in person. If you later want your request withdrawn, or you no longer want to be contacted, see the privacy page for the steps.
